1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tap646 ("tap646," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tap646 online gaming platform accessible at tap646.app, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on tap646, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tap646, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory exclusion that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

tap646 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on tap646, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all tap646 accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tap646. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. tap646 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tap646 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. tap646 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact tap646 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

tap646 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select other payment methods available on the Platform. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All transactions on tap646 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page of your tap646 account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. tap646 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• tap646 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. tap646 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits credited to your tap646 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• tap646 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (real money balance excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• tap646 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are detailed in the tap646 Banking section.
• tap646 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times where regulatory or fraud-prevention requirements apply.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at tap646's discretion.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours, subject to volume and verification status.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tap646 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms and must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• tap646 bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other players.
• Abuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software or strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account termination.
• tap646 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the tap646 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• tap646 games are powered by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and/or live dealer operations subject to independent technical auditing.
• In the event of a malfunction, error, or system failure during gameplay, tap646 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before placing wagers. tap646 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during active play, except where bets were confirmed server-side prior to disconnection.
• tap646 decisions regarding disputed game results are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the FAQ.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tap646 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on tap646.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, or other technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in any form of chip dumping or match-fixing in multiplayer games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using tap646 for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to tap646 support immediately.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behavior directed at tap646 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the tap646 Platform, software, or infrastructure.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

tap646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Direction from a relevant regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, tap646 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms (e.g., player-initiated closure or self-exclusion), any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player after applicable verification checks.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tap646, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond tap646's reasonable control.
• The accuracy of information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform, subject to applicable game integrity certification.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tap646's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the tap646 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the tap646 brand name and logo — is the property of tap646 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written authorization from tap646.

13. Privacy

tap646's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using tap646, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tap646 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14. Amendments to These Terms

tap646 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of tap646 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the tap646 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through tap646's formal complaint resolution process, initiated by contacting tap646 customer support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the complaint being filed, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For gaming-related complaints, players may also escalate unresolved matters to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
